Corporate resilience study - How resilient is your company?
Development of a scientifically based resilience index
Study background
A research team from HHL Leipzig (Germany) and Lancester University (UK) is conducting a comprehensive study on corporate resilience together with the collaborating partner FTI-Andersch, one of the leading restructuring consultancies in Germany. The study focuses on the development of a practice-oriented resilience index that makes it possible to systematically record and measure the resilience of companies.
The results will be scientifically evaluated and shall be published as part of a specialist publication - at the same time, they should provide concrete recommendations for action for practitioners in the corporate environment.
Why is your participation worthwhile?
Exclusive preview of results: Participating companies receive the central study results (and, if desired, a comparison of their own results with the peer group) before the official publication - as an aggregated evaluation with important insights for practical use.
Insights into a topic relevant to the future: By participating, you will learn about key dimensions and indicators of corporate resilience - scientifically derived from interviews with leading experts from the restructuring sector (including banks, executive boards, management, supervisory board members, auditors, controlling and operations).
Systematic approach: The questionnaire raises awareness of the most important levers of resilient corporate management and can provide impetus for a structured self-assessment.
Comparability with peers and industries: The resulting resilience index creates a resilient basis for comparison between companies of different sizes, industries and countries. The aim is broad participation by companies from several European countries in order to enable meaningful benchmarks.
